Where do you ship?
We currently ship to US addresses only.
How much is shipping?
Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Standard shipping is free on orders of $70 or more.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get an email when your order ships. You can also use our Track your order page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been sent for fulfillment we may not be able to change it.
My tracking hasn't updated in a while.
Parcels sometimes go quiet while they move between carriers. If there's no update for 7 days, contact us with your order number.

What's the difference between the three projectors?
Starry Sky USB Galaxy Projector: a small USB projector and night light with swappable projection films. Astronaut Galaxy Projector: a decorative astronaut that projects a starry nebula. Portable Mini Movie Projector: a video projector for shows and films, not a galaxy light.
What do 3 / 6 / 12 / 24 mean on the Starry Sky Projector?
How many projection films come with your projector. Every option is one projector.
Do the galaxy projectors come with a wall adapter?
A USB wall adapter isn't listed in either package. Both run from any standard USB charger or USB port.
Will my room look like the photos?
Our product photos come from our supplier and were taken in very dark rooms. Projections look best in a fully dark room on a light ceiling or wall.
Are these sleep aids?
No. They're decorative lights. We don't make sleep or health claims.
Are they toys?
No. They're decorative lights. Supervise children and don't look directly into any projector lens.
